Key West: Final Recap

If you’re looking for a classic, little black bikini (top/bottom), this is it!  Love the scallop detail and the bottom has awesome rear coverage!  That’s a deal breaker for me.  This little grey tie-dye coverup is less than $50 and the back straps are fun.  Paired here with these sandals (true to size) and this necklace.

Sunset Pier is our absolute favorite spot to eat while we’re in Key West!

Sweet Effie V wearing Shrimp & Grits.

After seeing The Greatest Showman so many times, we thought we’d let them go to a Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Museum.  They loved all the exhibits!

Fun and filters with Vaughn.  Loved getting to have some one-on-one time with him on the trip.  Some days he wanted to stay a little longer after lunch in the room while the others wanted to book it back to the pool, and that was quite alright with me.

I’d ordered these matching swim trunks (mens/boys) for our trip, but they came in too late.  But how cute are they??  And the men’s style is currently on sale!

Wore this dress on our last night.  It’s a cover-up/dress and perfect for vacation!  Paired it with these sandals, this crossbody and this necklace (worn as a bracelet).

All in all, it was another awesome Spring Break!  The weather was absolutely perfect and the kids had the best time!  Thankful for another trip full of memories the kiddos will hopefully cherish for years and years to come!  Truly blessed to have this time with all of them together.  I pray often that they stay as close as they are now!

I had many of you ask whether or not Hurricane Irma’s damage was still visible around the city.  To tell you the truth, we didn’t notice anything in bad shape.  We visited Key West two years ago, and everything was pretty much the same, aside from new construction.

We came home to 40 degree weather, so it was truly a rude awakening.  But so grateful we got to enjoy some warm sunshine for a little while.  Hoping we’ll have permanent warm weather here soon.  This chilly season has got to go!  Hope y’all have a great start to your week!  The kids are back in school today, so I’m playing catch up on laundry and everything else.  And thanks so much for all the encouragement for the Bridge Run!  It was such a fun race!  I’ll share pics with you soon!
