Key West Bound! + A Classic Dress You’ll LOVE!

Spring Break Bound: Bikini Top (only $36) // Cover-Up (and/or dress) // Sunnies // Matte Lip Color // Nail Polish // Beach Towel // Flip Flops // Wooden Bag // Waterproof Playing Cards

We’re currently on our way to Key West!  We put the kids to bed around 7 and woke them up around 10:30pm, tossed them in the car and headed out.  So far we’ve made one stop for gas and a bathroom break around 5am, and plan to stop one more time for breakfast before we get there.  If we drove non-stop it’d take us about 11 hours to get there, but with stops it takes about 13-14.  Luckily for us, our kids travel really well or we’d never take this long of a trip.  They slept most of the drive, waking up around 7am.  I don’t have DVD players in my car, except for long trips so it’s a big treat when we bring them.  I also bring lots of markers, paper, activity books, etc. to keep them occupied.

Why we chose Key West?  Two years ago, Lanier’s grandmother was sick so we waited until the last possible minute to decide to travel for Spring Break.  There weren’t that many places available, so we randomly stumbled upon places to stay in Key West when we were searching vacation spots.  And that was that.  We ended up having THE best trip!  Enough that even reminiscing about going back, the kids can remember so much from last time.  While we loved Sanibel Island last Spring Break, we left it up to the kids to decide where we were going this year and they said they really wanted to go back to Key West.  So we made it happen again.  To check out more of what I packed, head back here.

While I was packing yesterday, this ruffle navy dress came in the mail and I’m seriously in LOVE!  Comes in red and green too.  Such a great fit and I love the fabric.  I’m 5’6″ and the length is just right too.  For fit, it runs a little big but I still went with my usual size, a 6.  Paired it with these wedges.

Blush Crochet Overlay Dress // Light Blue Midi Dress // Blue Bell Sleeve Lace Dress // White Eyelet Embroidered Dress // Sleeveless Lace Midi Dress // Light Blue Metallic Jacquard Dress // Stripe Cotton Midi Dress // White Eyelet Midi Dress // Blue Bell Sleeve Shift Dress // Floral Embroidered Eyelet Shirtdress // Mini Floral Sleeveless Dress // Stripe Poplin Flutter Sleeve Dress // White Lace Sleeveless Shift Dress

Did any of y’all end up going with one of these picks for Easter?  I’ll be sharing which one I chose tomorrow!  It was definitely hard to decide.  They’re all so pretty!
