This is the extent of my picture-taking on New Year’s Eve.
We had a great time with great friends!  And the steak and lobster tails my friend made were delicious!

This was pretty much us at the end of last week, spent in our pajamas most mornings.  But this week it’s back to the grind of school and prepping lunches and getting kids dropped off at school on time.
I know I talk about these wrap cardigans a lot on my posts, but if you don’t have one, you need one.  They’re so soft and comfortable.  Like I already have two, but I think I may get another one.  For sizing, I’m a 4/6 and I wear a Small in them.  And they’re still on sale for $39.90.

Lanier gave me this Barista Espresso Machine for my birthday last month.  I’ll admit that I’m still pretty overwhelmed with it, but Lanier loves it and has enjoyed making me delicious lattes with it.  If you want something a little less intimidating, try a Nespresso Coffee Maker.  I’ve heard great things about it.  One day I’m determined for him to teach me how to use it.  Until then, I’ll enjoy him making me coffee in the morning.  No complaints here.

He or She???  Let’s Cut To See…
My sister and her husband found out they’ll be having a BOY!!  We’re all so excited for them.  Three grandsons in a row for my parents.  This is the 11th grandchild for them, and Wheeler is the oldest at 6.  Now there will be six boys and five girls!  So excited for them!
Yesterday, my sister and her two children (visiting from Nashville) came over.  My kids love time spent with their cousins! //  Logan’s Tee and Shorts (both currently 40% off with code: STYLE2015)
I can’t wait to share more details about this outfit with y’all tomorrow!  As mentioned earlier, Lanier and I gave each other Barbour Jackets for Christmas.  Love mine! // Hunter Rain Boots

I’ve almost made the decision on which tracker to get.  I know I’m going to get a Fitbit over a Jawbone UP.  I like that it has this Fitbit Aria Scale that’s compatible with both the Fitbit and My Fitness Pal too, and they can all sync together.  The only thing is Fitbit has a Flex, Charge, Charge HR, Surge…  Still trying to decide on which one will work best for my fitness needs.  Lanier had already decided on this Fitbit Charge, but the Fitbit Charge HR that monitors your heart rate just came out yesterday (thanks to SSP reader Laura for the heads up!).  So once the Fitbit Charge arrives, he may return it and get the Charge HR instead.

Who knew there were so many fitness trackers on the market??

Thanks to your awesome tip on the Nordstrom sale I bit the bullet and ordered the Angel Maxi in the Palms print and it was even lower priced than on the Lilly site sale!
