Thirsty Thursday: The Pink Lilly + Wishing for Warmer Weather

All of the bright colors during the Lilly Sale earlier this week and the Lilly for Target announcement and sneak peeks are seriously making me dream of warm weather and sunshine! So much that I’m sharing a tasty pink cocktail with you today. With it being 10 degrees here this morning, I’m definitely seeking any way to think of better weather! Just love the warmth of that sun!

The Pink Lilly
(found cocktail recipe here)

2 cups Grapefruit Juice
2 cups Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 cups White Rum
1 cup Club Soda
Splash Grenadine

Combine juices and rum.

Cover and chill.

When ready to serve, top with club soda and grenadine.

From Lilly beach towels and beach chairs, to umbrellas and hammocks, this Lilly for Target collab is already making me envision days at the beach and the pool this summer! I’ve also seen pics with bar carts and even wine charms. I have a feeling these items are going to sell out so fast on April 19th that by the next week, Target will be wondering who they should collaborate with next. The peeks I’ve seen so far makes me so hyped to see the rest. Like that white cover-up above, and those blue printed shorts with little pom-poms.

While summer is a little ways off, it’s not too difficult to dream of a fun vacation in the tropics or shop for looks that I could definitely use in my wardrobe come June. This also goes out to those of you who may be SSP readers that aren’t as into Lilly as others. This has, after all, been a very Lilly week!
