It’s obviously still winter here, and the east coast has been hit with a ton of snow thanks to Remus. Thought today’s cocktail would be rather fitting…a Snowball.

2oz Stoli Vanilla
2oz Malibu Rum
2oz Coco Lopez
1/4oz Blue Curacao
Honey (for rim)
Shredded Coconut (for garnish)
Shake well and pour into a martini glass.
Rim glass with honey and fresh shredded coconut.

With this frigid weather we’ve had this week, I’m still dreaming about summer. So much that I ordered this cover-up yesterday. The white one sold out so quickly, that I was afraid that the orange one I chose would sell out too. Also available in a pretty pink and black.
