It’s Friday! And it’s raining here! Yes, I’m actually excited it’s raining! I’ve been getting allergy shots since I was six years old. I still get them every three weeks in both arms, and I still have congestion, wheezing and itchy eyes at different times of the year – usually when the pollen count is high…which is right now. So this rain is a blessing, and I’m hoping it’ll knock out most of it. Seriously though, I can’t imagine my life without shots. I’d probably have to hibernate at the beginning of every spring and fall, and not be able to visit any friends with cats…ever. I’m probably the most allergic to cats. So what else am I allergic to? Not food, thank goodness. Mostly environmental things – grass, some types of trees, pollen, dust, etc. But like I said before, I’m so thankful for my shots and especially this rain today.

Y’all know I’m always trying new skincare products. Well, this is going to be my latest trial! I’ve only heard amazing things about this Radiant Cleansing Balm by Colleen Rothschild. I actually gave some to my mom for Christmas, but now I’m going to try it for myself. It’s currently on sale for a limited time too. Have the allergy shots really helped a lot? Our 6 year old has been struggling this year and we will be reallergy tested in two weeks to see if he would benefit from the shots. Enjoy your blog so much! We have four 6 and under but our boys are the older two and our girls are the younger two ?
Yes! One example…my eyes used to swell shut when I was little, when I'd ever get around dogs. After I started getting shots, not only could I be around them, I lived with them growing up after that and Boozer's been in our house for almost 10 years and I have no sneezing or itchy eyes.
I just ordered the white coverup! So excited since i have been looking for off shoulders one. I just hope it s not too short:)
