Before sharing my Wednesday Whereabouts, I thought I’d alert y’all and let you know that Lilly just added these espadrilles to the sale! Get them now, before they’re gone! Currently available in all sizes. These could definitely be carried into the early Fall months.
With school starting soon, we’ve definitely been trying to squeeze in some fun activities this past week! So many children I know started earlier this week. I kind of would rather have mine start earlier in the Fall, and get out earlier for the summer. Wheeler’s last day of school is somewhere around June 10th.
On Thursday, we headed out to my friend’s lake house. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for the occasion.
The kids must’ve jumped off the dock at least fifty times. I know the girls can swim in the pool, but lakes still scare me, so I had them wear their swimmies the whole time. Clearly they didn’t seem to mind it.
Lunch Break on the top deck.
Paddle Boarding is awesome! The girls were surprisingly very still on the board. I guess they knew what would happen if they moved. Can you tell how relaxed Effie was?
And you know I couldn’t end the trip without a few jumps off the top deck. So fun!
My new Tory Burch Bombe Tote came in the mail last Thursday, that I purchased during the Private Sale. Love it for Fall! It’s currently sold out, but check here and here for similar ones.
Snakeskin Tieks c/o // Shorts // Anchor Top (sold out, similar here)
My sweet Vaughn is growing up. Can’t wait to have more one-on-one time with him once school starts. He definitely deserves it. // My Horse Sweatshirt
On Friday, we visited my sister. Things got a little crazy on her bed.
These little Cole Haan Shoes came in last week for Logan. Thought they’d be perfect for him to wear this Fall.
Silk Cascade Top (currently 25% off with code: SHOPNOW – runs big, order a size down. I’m usually a 4/6 in tops in J.Crew and got this one in a 2) // Shorts
On Saturday night, Lanier and I attended a Fiesta at our friends’ house. I hate that I didn’t take more pictures. They went all out, and even had a margarita machine!
As I mentioned yesterday, it was hard to celebrate Lanier’s birthday since he was studying most of the day. But I couldn’t help but bring him so brain fuel for breakfast. Bojangle’s – his favorite!
My nephew (my sister-in-law’s son) was in town yesterday, at my inlaws. The boys were too funny interacting with him. Logan kept patting him on the head.
And he kept trying to climb up on Vaughn, which Vaughn didn’t quite understand.
Yesterday, the girls were so excited to finally get to go to Chuck E. Cheese! I’m not kidding when I say they played on almost everything they had there. And I was told I was really awesome when I won them 100 tickets on one game! // Joie Top (on sale) – I’m a 4/6 and have it in a Small. // Denim Shorts (25% off with code: SHOPNOW)
Wheeler had in mind that she would get to trade in her tickets to get cotton candy – she said she had a dream about it. Unfortunately, they didn’t have cotton candy so instead after we left Chuck E. Cheese, we headed to the drug store nearby and bought cotton candy lollipops. They were happy! // Effie’s Shoes // There are Little Lilly Shifts still available during the Lilly Sale that ends today. I’ll probably place one more order today, and this Little Lilly will definitely be part of my order. I have shorts in the same print. Click here to check out what’s left in the Girls’ Sale Section.
After all the other children went to bed, Wheeler gave Lanier her gifts she made. Let’s just say she won the award for the most thoughtful gifts for her dad on his birthday. Can’t wait to celebrate him more tonight! He definitely deserves it!
Today is the last day of Lilly’s After Party Sale. Lots of goodies are still up for grabs…
The fabric is so great on these shorts. Love the eyelet and scallop detail. These are also not see-through at all, like other white shorts can be.
This pretty Valencia Top would go with everything. This model here is definitely selling it for me. Or maybe it’s just that I want to be where she’s standing.
Some Elsas are still available too.
I think this dress would go with so much and could carry you into the Fall with fun tall boots and a pretty necklace. And maybe even throwing this cardigan in Heathered Wheat over it.
Congratulations to All Things Big and Small. She is the winner of my Lilly Giveaway! Please email me when you get a chance. Thanks to everyone who entered. I loved hearing everyone’s wish lists and what all they scored during the Lilly sale! I think all of us can definitely say we were pleasantly surprised with this sale. No computer glitches and lots of great deals. Now it’s all about patiently waiting for all our goodies to arrive, right?
UPDATE: I announced it on IG a few hours ago, bur realized I forgot to let my SSP readers know, Lilly just added to new dresses and a necklace to their sale. Check them out here, but hurry, sizes are going fast!
I can’t decide if they’re adding new items today, or if I’ve just looked over these. This is such a pretty cover-up (Was $118, Now $38).
And this Caftan is stunning.
Happy Wednesday, Y’all!

Loving that silk cascade top!!! And those Tieks, do they dig in your heels like Reva's? (at least mine do)
And I don't know what Bojangle's is but that sure looks delish!
I always love your shorts + tank top outfits! Looks like you've been having a lot of fun lately!
Love the color and style of your TB tote. I'm craving a pair of those Tieks.
Ashley the caftan was actually part of the flash sale yesterday. After I had already done some serious damage I ended up caving and got the Janice from the flash sale today and a dress for my 2 year old. Yikes! $$$$
Good to know. Thanks! I got that Janice too! 😉
Love those buttercup scalloped shorts! I ordered those after I saw them on you! It looks like you all had so much fun at the lake! So excited I won the giveaway–I just emailed you. And I am totally trying an Elsa top after your accolades! Thanks again!
