Tuesday Trends: Southern Nest Giveaway

Hope y’all are having a wonderful Tuesday so far.  It’s sunny and beautiful here today, a perfect day for another giveaway!

Southern Nest is the coolest etsy shop!  The owner, Courtney, creates wooden monograms to decorate your home.  From her shop: “A little vintage, a little preppy.  There are so many things you can do with these quality wooden monograms.  Get creative and monogram your home!”

On Facebook: “Nothing is more Southern than a monogram…and now you can put a monogram anywhere in your home.  Southern Nest offers cutouts of your monogram in three different sizes.  They are cut from high quality birch wood and are available in 6″, 14″, and 18″ sizes.  The 6″ monograms are lightweight enough to tie onto a bow on top of a gift…perfect timing for the holidays!  The 14″ and 18″ are perfect for wreaths, hanging on the wall with ribbon, or simply propping on a shelf or a mantel.  They make wonderful gifts as well!”

Trust me, add one (or more!) of these to your home, and you’re bound to get a ton of compliments!  She’s actually dropping one off here sometime this week, and I’m STILL trying to decide where I’ll place it.  Decisions, decisions…

The hardest part is choosing one.  Here are just a few of my Southern Nest favorites…
“The Prep”
This monogram is THE monogram. Thicker than our “Crafting Monograms,” this 18″ large monogram is cut from half-inch wood and has a beautiful white finish. Choose from white, navy-polka-dot, light pink, hot pink, or green wired ribbon. (choices are shown in the fourth picture.)  Your monogram comes with no additional work…it is ready to hang.

Large 18″ “Ready to Paint” Wooden Monogram
This is the PERFECT gift for your bridemaids…it’s different, it’s gorgeous, and it’s a statement. Tie it onto the backs of your bridesmaids’ chairs at the bridal luncheon and you will create a jaw-dropping room. Or decorate the “getting ready” room with them. Get creative. This tag is tied to the monogram with blue tulle. If you would like your tag customized to read your Bridesmaid or Maid of Honor’s name, just let me know. Otherwise, it will read, “Bridesmaid.” Contact me for discount pricing on large orders.

Small (6″) Wooden Monogram-Ready to Paint-Perfect for 
Gift Topper, Christmas Tree, Holiday Wreath or Easter Basket
These 6-inch monograms are cut from 1/4″ wood in order to keep them lightweight, yet durable. This size is perfect to put on top of a gift (because, darling, we know every gift that comes from you is impeccably wrapped!) Tie a ribbon onto it and hang it from your Christmas tree. Or tie one to a bottle of wine and you have the perfect hostess or birthday gift! Show Santa which stocking is yours with a monogram! The possibilities are endless!  How clever are these to personalize an Easter basket?  This monogram comes “ready to paint.” Spray it with several light coats of spray paint in your choice of color!
