Thirsty Thursday: Slam Dunk Punch + Breakfast Casserole Recipe

March Madness has begun!  I tried to search for a good crowd-pleasing cocktail, to concoct for a large group.  Cheers!
Slam Dunk Punch
Servings: Around 12

2 cups Tequila
1 cup Orange Liqueur
1/2 Gallon Orange Sherbert
2 Liter Ginger Ale
6 ounces Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
Orange Slices (for garnish)
Place sherbet and frozen orange juice concentrate in a punch bowl.
Allow to thaw for 10-15 minutes.
Stir in ginger ale, tequila and orange liqueur.
Garnish with orange slices and serve.
I made my mother-in-law’s breakfast casserole this morning for a teacher appreciation breakfast, and decided to make another for dinner.  It’s super delicious, and very easy to make.  After posting a pic on Instagram, I had a few of you request the recipe.  Here it is…
Ingredients
6 bread slices
1 pound sausage
1 1/2 sharp cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Tear apart six slices of white bread and put in greased casserole dish.
Brown and crumble 1 pound of sausage.
Pour the drained and crumbled sausage over the bread.
Add 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese over bread.
Beat 6-8 eggs.
Add 2-3 cups milk to eggs.
Add 1 tsp. of dried mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour mixture over bread.
Sprinkle more cheese on top.
If you’re not going to eat it right away, you can refrigerate it overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

I hope y’all had a wonderful St. Patrick’s Day!  The girls were prepped in their green!
Today, the girls’ school had a teacher workday, so we took advantage with some fun outings!
The girls both had their hair trimmed.
 We visited the dogs at PetSmart, as well as the parakeets, cats, chameleons, fish, etc.
Then we met the hubs for lunch.  Such a beautiful day for the first day of Spring! 
And I’m still loving my Barrington Gifts St. Anne Tote!
