Thirsty Thursday: Peach Martini Special + Tory Burch Summer Sale

My sister (#5 of the 6) and mom concocted this cocktail for Father’s Day, last Sunday. It was a hit! I’m hoping to make it again soon.

Peach Martini Special

(Yield: 6-8 Servings)

8oz Peach Schnapps

8oz Southern Comfort

Roast all ingredients below in oven on 350

(until the brown sugar has melted (approx. 5min))

1.5 peaches, sliced

2 tbsp. brown sugar

Star Anise

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend all ingredients that were roasted, with ice for 30 seconds.

Pour blended ingredients into the liquor, stir and serve.
