Thirsty Thursday: Nutella Martini

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Thursday!  Since I’ve been craving chocolate lately, I thought it was rather appropriate for me to choose a chocolate cocktail for this week’s Thirsty Thursday.  How yummy and divine does a Nutella Martini sound?  I found this concoction from Valerie at Red Vines for Breakfast.  She and her girlfriends ordered them last week, out in LA.  Doesn’t it look just delicious?  I’ve got to try one of these soon!

1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Vodka
¾ oz Frangelico
Splash of Cream
Mix with ice and strain into martini glass.
While sipping this delicacy, I’d love to be wearing this!
There’s nothing like being “bundled in Burberry” as Nordstrom puts it, while enjoying this drink!

P.S. Many of you asked if the brown dress with the pink belt was a Lilly, from Tuesday’s post.  It is!  I own it, as well.  For some reason the Lilly website doesn’t carry it, but I’m sure if you called them, they would find one for you!  It fits so well, as all of the Jonah dresses do.  The print is Crane Pose.

Yesterday’s location was Linville, North Carolina.  The rehearsal dinner will be held at Eseeola Lodge in Linville, and the reception will be at Grandfather Mountain Country Club.  Fingers crossed that the weather is beautiful!

Thought I’d include some photos of the girls, from the Fall Festival we went to a couple of weeks ago.
W and Poppy (my father-in-law)
Admiring the tattoo on her hand.
W had no trouble choosing all the games that the boys wanted to play.  Little Miss Independent.
Sweet E was so content, chilling out in the shade.
Hope everyone has a great Thursday!

  1. Adorable pics of the girls! It's still super warm here, no bundled in Burberry looks for me, that's for sure! That coat and scarf are mighty nice though…Looks like the Fall festival was very fun! Can't wait to take GG in the next week to ours.

  2. What adorable little outfits of the girls!! I'm with Shannon, still warm here, no scarves yet, probably not until january. Believe it or not, I am not a fan of nutella, but my Husband would love it (though I'm not sure he'd be caught dead drinking a "chic" drink!) Have a great weekend!!

  3. I have never tried Nutella but that drink makes me want to go get some right now! Thanks for posting the links to those gorgeous pictures from yesterday. I'm definitely adding those places to my wish list of destinations!

  4. Your girls are ADORABLE. That picture on your sidebar with the pumpkins is just so perfectly fall, too!

Have I ever mentioned that I could LIVE on Nutella? I actually had a bananna with Nutella for breakfast this morning…really. That drink sounds to die. Happy Thursday, pretty lady!
