Roberta Roller Rabbit Event Recap

Last Thursday, I hosted an event at Roberta Roller Rabbit with some other blogger friends at the King Street location in Charleston.  We had the best time, and I wish I could show you so many more pics of the event, but this was when I was having trouble with switching from the iPhone 6 to the 7 and my phone wasn’t cooperating.  But I did manage to borrow a friend’s phone, so I was able to take some pics at the event, just not as many as I would’ve liked.  Enjoy!

The store manager Joanne, along with assistant manager Vasantika and Candice, Joy, Sharon and Susan set up the coolest little party that night!

While attendees sipped and shopped, they nibbled on bites from Callie’s Biscuits (my favorite!).

They also enjoyed mini-cupcakes from Cupcake DownSouth.  The kids were very happy I brought back some leftovers for them to enjoy.

I wish I would’ve taken more pics of CC’s floral arrangements!  They were all so beautiful with the brightest color schemes, perfect for the event!  Right before she left, one of my friends insisted on getting her contact info.  CC Bloom Florals is located on Sullivan’s Island, but they also deliver.

Really looking forward to hosting another event there again!

I don’t know about you, but this image is just so surreal to me.  We’re still patiently waiting to see what this hurricane is going to do here.  There are just so many predictions, so basically it’s a waiting game to see if Hurricane Matthew decides to make landfall.  I’ll be sure and keep you posted.

  1. Could you please give me some advice as to what to pack for Charleston over Thanksgiving? I’m so confused. What your wearing now is close to what I’d wear here (Chicago), in November. ?

    1. This weather is so wishy-washy right now. I blame hurricane season. Ha. I suggest jeans/cute tops and dresses with leggings and booties around Thanksgiving, and maybe bring some coats/jackets to layer, if you need to. You picked a great spot to spend your holiday!

  2. Judging from the smiles on your faces I’d say you all had fun at the event :))

Please stay safe during this brutal storm. Watching the devastation on the news makes the snow fall in my part of the world seem insignificant.
