Where I’ve Been…

Hey Y’all!  I’ve been super busy this week, recovering from the wedding weekend, celebrating my grandfather’s 86th birthday, and seeing my sisters off, back to their homes in other cities.  Sad to see them go!  I’ll be back to regular blogging on Monday, with another fabulous giveaway!  I’ll also announce the winner of the Target gift card then, as well.  Hope y’all are having a wonderful week!!

My dress is Lilly Pulitzer from two summers ago (The Nettie). And the necklace is from Anthropologie from a few season ago, but you can get a similar one HERE.

 The Bridesmaids.
Okay, so I have a confession…I’m obsessed with the bubble necklace.
I now have pink, yellow, turquoise, peach and navy!  They seriously liven up any outfit.
You can find a similar one, HERE.
My sister, who just had her baby ONE week ago. Not kidding?!
The Rehearsal Dinner.
My dad, making one of his infamous speeches.
Don’t let the script fool you…he always wings it, and always has us rolling.

Grammy and Poppy (my husband’s parents) with their grandchildren.
Another Lilly Pulitzer Nettie dress – LOVE these for summer.  My peony necklace is from Baublebar.
I also have it in white and orange.  They go with everything!
 My grandfather turns 86, today!
Happy Birthday, Ray-Ray!
And my sister (#4 of the 6) celebrates her birthday on Sunday (August 5th).
Happy Birthday, K!
My sister (#5 of the 6) headed back home yesterday. She got married in May, and her husband will be starting dental school this fall.  They’ll be in Chapel Hill (my alma mater, and hers too!).  Her husband went to Auburn…so glad he decided on UNC for dental school!
Making wishes!
Happy Thursday, Y’all!

  1. The little ones are precious, love how you dress them. Love your statement necklaces too, I may have to pull the trigger on the peony necklace, so pretty:)

  2. I have that Anthro necklace too!! It is my all time favorite piece of costume jewelry! I cannot get over how big the kids are getting. They've never looked cuter!
