Wednesday Whereabouts

Let’s see…where have we been?  This past weekend we traveled to visit my grandparents in Spartanburg, and then celebrated our Greenville, SC Christmas, with my mom’s side of the family.

Meeting my first niece, E!
Not sure if y’all remember my Thanksgiving post, click here.  It showed photos of us with my sister (#2 of the 6) and her pregnant belly.  Well, she ended up going into labor Thanksgiving night, and now her sweet little girl, E, is three weeks old.  I FINALLY got to meet her precious little self, on Sunday!  She looks more like me, than some of my babies! 😉

My mom’s face says it all.  Since I was little, taking photos for our Christmas card has always been a production…trying to get everyone to look…and then on top of that, smile!  I’ll show you the final product for their card, once it gets mailed out…

After traveling and staying so busy last week, the kids and I have enjoyed staying cozy at home, taking a break, before the festivities begin again this weekend.  And, we have enjoyed the visitors from out of town, stopping by.  Our play group came over on Monday, and we played and made cute ornaments.  Anything that involves glittery stickers is a hit in our household!

Hanging out…before watching “Ginch!” as E calls How the Grinch Stole Christmas (the one with Jim Carrey).

Happy Wednesday, Y’all!
