While we were enjoying the pool, Lanier was offshore fishing up a storm! He and three buddies did well! All set for the fish fry the next night!
On Memorial Day, Vaughn had some requests. He wanted to go to the aquarium (it’s always been his favorite) and then to get ice cream. The others were more than happy to join! When we got back, we headed back to the pool and to our friends’ house to enjoy the fish Lanier caught the day before! My friend made this fish dip from with smoked mahi.
The fish tacos were delicious!
