Wednesday Whereabouts: Charleston Wine & Food Festival Street Team Preview

This past Friday, we met up with our fellow Charleston Wine + Food Festival Street Team for a fun photo shoot.  It was supposed to be outside, but the rain changed our plans.  But I’m kind of glad.  It was fun to show off the Test Kitchen!

If you haven’t been to the festival before, it’s worth a trip!  Even if you’re overwhelmed with all the events, I know a lot of friends who attend only the Culinary Village part and love it.  It’s available each day of the weekend and there are so many delicious foods and wines to sample!  For more info on events and tickets, head over here.  Runs from March 6th-10th, but just a heads up, tickets to many events sell out VERY quickly!

Absolutely LOVE this sign in one of the offices!

Natalie and I in our element.  When I arrived, I’d just finished three hours of watching the kids in their Color Run that morning, so my hair was struggling a little, but it thankfully wasn’t too bad.

I’ve been trying to show y’all the back of this dress.  Here’s the best I could get.  Still on major sale!

Should be another fun festival!  As always, there are too many events I want to attend.  Just love them all!

The Crew.

I love Le Creuset and couldn’t get over this bowl color pairing.  Loving the light pink.  I got this one for next to my stove and I own this piece, but I’m thinking I may start incorporating some of their cookware into my life.  Hard to believe I don’t have any!  I’ve heard such great things!  Maybe it’ll make me a better cook?  Haha.  Do any of y’all own pieces that you love?

Enjoying an evening cocktail at Félix.

Absolutely love everything about this spot!  It’s so open and airy and everything on the menu is amazing…get the Croque Monsieur {‘Crunch Sir’) – fries with gruyère, sprinkled with ham and served with white sauce.  Unreal!

I had lots of you ask about my jacket, when I posted this pic to Instastories.  It’s one of my all-time faves I’ve had for a few years.  Seriously goes with everything.  On fit, if you want it really fitted, go with your normal size.  I sized up to a medium for layering purposes when the weather cools.  It’s as soft as it looks and under $100!  In fact, I love it so much that I finally decided I needed the dark olive color too!

Dress (on sale, wearing a small) // Heels (true to size) // Lip in Vibrant Pink

Took these kitties out for a bowl on Saturday night.  It’s been far too long since I’ve been bowling.  Hoping to go again soon!

Started Monday off right with a yummy Salmon Salad at Tavern & Table.  Haven’t been there in so long.  I always forget how much I love this!

Hope y’all are having a great week so far!
