Wednesday Whereabouts

The weather this past week was absolutely incredible!  Took this after church on Sunday morning.  How cute are they in their matching pastels?  And lets not talk about how grown up they’re looking lately.  The girls and their matching dresses are by Shrimp & Grits.  My girls love their line because everything is super soft and comfy.  They’re all wearing Natives which are great for everyday and especially around water.

You know I wouldn’t skip National Margarita Day last Thursday.  SOL’s Grapefruit Habanero Margarita is insanely good.  I need to get the recipe and try to make it at home.  The one on the right is their Blackberry Margarita.  // Sunnies

They serve the best nachos too!

I know one day she won’t think it’s cool to match me, but I still love that even at almost 10 she wants to.  And can we talk about how much she has grown lately?  She’s wearing this blue Lilly top and I’m wearing this matching one.  Paired mine with my new go-to fave Millers in Seltzer.

On Friday morning, my friend Andrea, who hosts Lowcountry Live’s Fashion segment every Friday asked me if I would model a look.  She was sharing different outfit ideas to wear to the Charleston Wine & Food Festival happening this weekend.

Aside from the necklace, everything I’m wearing is from Hampden Clothing: Dress (now 40% off!) // Shoes // Bag // Necklace (from Candy Shop Vintage, it’s hard to see here but they’re little rose gold elephants)

On Saturday, we took the boat out with friends.  We clearly had a good time, as this was the only photo I took.  Vaughn with his best bud.  The weather was perfect!

On Saturday night, we headed out to Mex 1 with friends, then on to the Windjammer for a concert.

I wore this striped top again on Saturday night.  Love how comfy it is.  Paired it with these tassel earrings.

On Sunday after church, we headed out to the beach with friends.  I assumed the water would be way too cold to swim…

…but the kids loved it!  Still can’t believe they swam for so long!

I had some of you ask if it took a little while to get into this book, and the answer is yes.  I had to get about 50 pages in until I was hooked.

This is the top I posted about yesterday in blue, to give you an idea about how it fits.  In case you missed yesterday’s post, I shared my fave Spring picks and they’re all under $50!

Excited to be on the Charleston Wine & Food Festival Street Team for the second year in a row!  Can’t believe the festival starts up in just a few days!  Be sure and follow along on the blog and on my Instagram here throughout the weekend, as I’ll be hitting up many of the festivities and sharing it all with you!  Be prepared for photo overload.  Wearing this dress that was restocked in all sizes.  Paired it with these sandals and these sunnies.

I hope y’all are having a great week so far!

    1. It’s from Celadon, a local store here. But I think they may be currently out of stock.
