I’m definitely trying this tropical sangria cocktail this weekend. A perfect, refreshing summer cocktail! I found it here and each cup is only 139 calories.
Tropical Sangria
Makes 8 (1-cup) servings.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Chill time: 5 hours
One 8-oz. can pineapple chunks packed in juice, not drained
1 cup mango chunks (fresh or thawed from frozen)
2 limes, sliced into rounds
One 750-ml bottle white wine (sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio)
4 oz. coconut rum
12 oz. diet lemon-lime soda
Place all fruit in a very large pitcher, including the juice from the canned pineapple.
Add the wine and rum.
Gently stir.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
Just before serving, add soda and stir.
Serve with a ladle, and make sure to get some fruit in each glass!
Cheers!
You may remember that Effie wore this anchor dress on Tuesday. Well Wheeler wanted her turn and wore it on Wednesday.
Beach Towel (This beach towel is so popular that it has sold out almost everywhere, but luckily for you, I found it still available here!) // S’well Bottle (Pink and Aqua) // Jack Rogers Sandals // Wet Brush (We LOVE this brush! If you haven’t heard of it yet, it’s awesome to use on wet hair and it gets your tangles out so easily. My girls can brush their long hair by themselves now. The paddle brush size is new and I’ve found that it’s the best size for our long hair, only $10! I also got this smaller size for the boys’ hair.) // Sunglasses // Cover-Up
Yum! I love sangria!
