I knew I wanted to find a yummy cocktail this week to use for celebrating Cinco de Mayo on Monday. You’re going to LOVE this deliciously easy one I found on Cocktails.com.
The Paloma
Yield: 1 cocktail
2oz Blanco Tequila
6oz Grapefruit Soda (i.e. Fresca)
1/2oz Lime Juice
Salt for Rimming
Rim a glass with salt.
Fill the glass with ice and add the tequila and lime juice.
Top it off with Fresca.

W had Beginner’s Day today at her new school she’ll be attending in the Fall.
I still can’t get over how fast she is growing.
She had the best time in class today. It helped ease my mind because I thought she’d be overwhelmed by the whole experience, but she loved it! Very very reassuring.
