The Moscow Mule
Yield: One Drink
1.5oz Vodka
1tsp Simple Syrup
1/2 Lime
Ginger Beer
Lime Wedge (garnish)
Add ice to a glass.
Add vodka, simple syrup and lime juice.
Top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Stir.  Sip.  Enjoy!
As seen in the photo above, the Moscow Mule is generally served in a copper mug to keep it chilled, and gives it the most ultra-refreshing taste.  Copper mugs are great for keeping any drinks or cocktails chilled.  I love drinking sweet tea from them.
