Tory Burch posted this cocktail yesterday, and it looks like it’ll be a nice, refreshing treat to sip on this holiday weekend. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
6-8 mint leaves
1.5 oz. Grey Goose vodka
.75 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. lime juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a high ball glass over three watermelon-purée ice cubes.
To make watermelon ice cubes, use seedless watermelon and separate the flesh from the rind. Then purée the fruit and pour into ice trays. You can smash the fruit into the ice cube trays as well. Freeze until ready.

After seeing this image around the blogosphere today (please forgive me, I can’t remember where I found the image), I knew I had to pick up these baubles at Baublebar, to try this look out sometime.
Plus, right now, if you purchase two of these bib necklaces in the colors fuchsia, cobalt and/or emerald, you get 25% off. Enter code: BAUBLEMANIA at check-out!

And how great is this polka dot chambray top?? At less than $25 from Old Navy, you’d be crazy to pass it up! So many retailers are carrying this trend now, but Old Navy seems to hit the right price point, and based on the reviews on the site, customers seem very pleased with the quality and fit. Pair it with everything in your wardrobe this fall/winter…even colored shorts, until the weather turns.
Loving the chambray! Can't believe that's from ON.
How come I always pull up your blog and find a new drink?!? My mom told me last night I was a "winer". I told her it was called a "wino". Enjoy the long weekend!
That drink looks delish! I so need to try it out this weekend. Have a great Labor Day xoxo
