Thirsty Thursday: Caribbean Rum Punch + Lulu & Georgia Sale

Thought this cocktail would be perfect for those of you having a Memorial Day Party this weekend…or like us, a party of two!

Caribbean Rum Punch

Makes 20 4oz Servings

1 Cup Fresh Lime Juice

2 Cups Simple Syrup

3 Cups Amber Rum

4 Cups Orange Juice

4 Dashes Bitters

Freshly Grated Nutmeg

In a pitcher, combine lime juice, simple syrup, rum and orange juice.

Add a few dashes of bitters and grated nutmeg to taste.

Serve chilled over ice.

Unfortunately these Kate Spade Espadrilles are not part of Nordstrom’s Half-Yearly Sale. I know many of you saw them featured in one of my posts last week. I ended up choosing the black ones. If you’re packing and preparing for the Memorial Day Weekend Holiday, good luck and have fun! We’ll be in town all weekend and I’m actually excited about it. Nothing to do but relax at home, and the weather is supposed to be beautiful. I bought a small pool at Target for our backyard and that’s about the extent of our adventures this weekend.
