While our children will soon be back to school, I thought this sounded like a simple, refreshing cocktail to enjoy.
Cheers to surviving the summer!
Back-to-Schooltini
1 oz vodka
4 oz apple juice
Splash of cranberry
Cinnamon stick
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail mixer with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Rim glass with sugar and cinnamon.
Rim glass with sugar and cinnamon.
Strain into a martini glass.
Float a thin slice of apple and garnish with the cinnamon stick.
