Happy Monday! I hope y’all had a wonderful weekend! We were spoiled with amazing weather on Saturday, sunny and highs in the low 80s. Sunday brought rain and barely reached the 60s. We’re dealing with more of that today, too. // Cat Mug // ‘Rise and Shine’ Placemat
So I’ve been running more.
And I’m loving it this time of year.
I switched out my usual Nike Air Max, and went back to my Nike Free 5.0s.
And I’m so glad I did.
Don’t get me wrong, I love my Air Max, but the Frees are just so lightweight. I think I’ll keep wearing these for awhile. As you can see, I’m still loving my leopard leggings too.
Vaughn joined me on a run one day, and we headed to his favorite place, the aquarium. The best part was that they already had the 4D Polar Express Movie there. Got me in the Christmas spirit! If you’re in Charleston, it’s a great movie. Only about 15 minutes long, and there’s snow, bubbles, smoke, etc. We loved it!

Since we were stuck inside most of Sunday, we did lots of arts and crafts. This turkey one was my favorite. The girls loved playing with their glitter glue. I’ll be sharing more pics of our week on this week’s Wednesday Whereabouts, so stay tuned.
The Panthers won again last night! Woohoo! Still can’t believe it! We cooked out, and dodged the rain for a little while yesterday evening, and Lanier enjoyed some grilling time on his Big Green Egg. How cute is this little blouse with skiers on it? Would be so fun for the holidays and even on into January and February too. I like how the model wears it alone, but that you can also layer a cardigan over it too and still see the print peeking through. It’s called the Conversationalist Blouse. I can see why! Just love it!

It is raining and cold here in Raleigh this morning – I am having a hard time getting motivated and moving especially after having all three of my daughters home (plus boyfriends) over the weekend. Not rising and shining today! I was thinking of getting a big green egg for my husband for Christmas. Everyone seems to love them.
