Pretty in Pink

I fell in love with this kate spade new york dress as soon as I laid eyes on it.  If you’re a mother of girls, do you ever see a dress that you can already see your daughter wanting to steal?  This dress was one of those for me.  As soon as I put it on, Effie asked if it came in her size too.  I told her one day she could wear it too and she responded with “Like… tomorrow?”  Not that I want to imagine her growing up, but I can already picture her wearing this beautiful number too.

Between the two girls, Effie is more into frills, bows and dresses and Wheeler is more into sports and wanting to wear shorts and tops so that she can jump around more when she plays on the playground.  Totally understandable.  Don’t get me wrong, she still plays with her fair share of Barbies and dolls, just like I did.  But she enjoys both and I love that.  I was more like Wheeler when I was younger, but then discovered fashion later and became more like Effie.

Seriously though, so pretty, right?

And you know I’ve never said no to a cute little crossbody.

As always, love kate spade new york and her love for novelty pieces, like this little owl ring.

Not your typical pink heels, love the added detail.  I’ve honestly never found a more comfortable high heel than kate spade new york.  This particular pair fits true to size.

I’ve worn these earrings a lot over the past week and everyone asks me if I have multiple holes in my ears to keep these in place.  It’s actually just one ear pin.  You put it in like a regular earring and turn it up.

My kate spade new york sunnies come in so many different colors.  The ones I’m wearing here are the rose gold ones.
