Would you believe it’s raining here this morning? Still hoping it clears up for an Easter Egg Hunt we’re attending at 11am. I mean, we’re all for hunting for eggs in puddles, in our rain boots, but NOT if it’s STILL raining. Either way, I hope y’all are having a wonderful Easter weekend, sharing it with loved ones, and giving everyone a time to remind all of us that He is Risen!

Planning on painting my nails these colors tonight.
My sister (#2 of the 6) had her third child about two weeks ago. Isn’t she precious? She had a healthy baby GIRL on March 12, 2013. I cannot wait to meet her!!
Speaking of babies, little V turned five months old last Saturday. He’s just growing up way too fast!
Mater with “Mater” (his nickname the girls gave him, even before he was born). Still wondering when they’ll drop calling him that.
He’s the sweetest baby, who rarely cries, and has just begun to roll over more. He still isn’t a big fan of tummy time, but he loves to grabs things, and can coo up a storm. He is so laid back and smiles at everything. Couldn’t have been blessed with a more beautiful fourth child!
How cute are these hats that my mother-in-law brought over the other day, for the kids? A friend she teaches with knitted them!
At Story Time at the library this week.
Speaking of growing up too fast. Now that L can walk, he’s all over the place. At 18 months, he’s into everything, and has just begun “pretend talking” where he thinks he’s having an actual conversation with you, but you have no idea what he’s saying. He hasn’t really used his words quite yet, only really saying “Mama” – “Dada” – “Bye-Bye” – “Nigh-Nigh”, but it’s coming. He’s the happiest child, who still loves his snuggles. I have yet to really discipline him yet, because his feelings get hurt easily if I tell him not to do something. Such a sweet, kind-hearted toddler, who loves to kiss and hold hands with his brother. The girls are starting to include him more, but most of the time we’re all laughing at his antics!
Funfetti Cookie Sandwiches I made for E’s Easter Party at school. I’m definitely creating these again sometime.
Ready, set, GO! These kiddos were more than ready to go find their Easter eggs!
V and his friend R, hanging out in the class, while the class hunted for eggs outside.
This photo is misleading, because Miss R is closer to the camera. In reality, these two are about two months apart, and V is probably bigger than she is!
So we headed to the Discovery Place on Thursday morning, and when we got there, I looked down at E’s feet. She must have accidentally grabbed one of W’s shoes! Oops! She didn’t mind it though!
Jellyfish
Playtime with L.
She literally stayed at this activity for more than ten minutes (I think that’s a record!).
I think L enjoyed socializing with the people, more than looking at the exhibits.
Watching The Little Prince in 3-D.
E is so brave! The lady asked L to touch it and he smacked it! So glad he didn’t decide to whip us with his tail!
W’s Easter Party was next on the agenda. I think they ended up eating more of these Fruit Loops, than actually finishing the activity.
One thing’s for sure, little L is all boy. I’ve never seen a kid play with his cars and trucks, as much as he does! This is what he does every week, while we wait for the girls to take dance.
Do y’all have this Starbucks app? I got it about two months ago, and it’s great! I don’t have a lot of apps, but this is a good one. You receive new rewards every time you hit a new level. Now that I’m on green, I receive unlimited refills, while I’m in the shop. They also send you a free song each week, that you can download (this is part of the app, you don’t have to have any starts to take advantage of it).
If you haven’t checked out Lara Casey‘s shop, you should. Her prints are exactly what you need hanging in your house. One is headed my way, that I’ll show y’all next week. Most of her prints are constant reminders of where our priorities need to be.
Tomorrow is the last day to take advantage of J.Crew’s 30% off everything promo.
Tomorrow is also the last day to enter my Brake Ink giveaway. Good luck!
Happy Weekend, Y’all!
