Tuesday Trends: The Pink Pelican Giveaway

Are y’all ready for another giveaway?  The Pink Pelican has so generously offered to give away a Loose Lilly Pulitzer Bag in Queen of Green! 

In addition, they are giving away five other Lilly Queen of Green items on their blog, so be sure and hop on over to their blog as well, for more chances to win!  The Pink Pelican is a via Lilly Pulitzer shop, based out of Huntsville, Alabama.  They also have another site, The Preppy Outlet, with great reduced prices on Lilly Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines, etc. just to name a few.  While this giveaway runs, The Pink Pelican is also offering all of my readers an extra 10% off.  Just enter irecycle10 at checkout.

  2. Great giveaway! I use a Lily market bag every time I go to the grocery store instead of the paper and plastic bags at the checkout counter. I recycle anything and everything possible, making a special trip to the dumpsters since no one picks up recycling at my house. And I love this bag!

    I recycle via bringing in my own bags to store, I put out a huge recycling cart on days that it is picked up, I bring the metal objects to a recycling center, I bring in my computers to be used again. I donate many items each year to different centers.

    5. One way we recycle: we drink a TON of Tazo bottled tea. We order it by the case and save every single bottle and take them back to the store once the new case has come in:)

    3.I am known to my friends and family as the "Green Queen" from always trying to recycle and save. From small thinks such as turning up my thermostat or recycling my old magazine and aluninum cans to putting my old coffee grinds in my garden and donating my old clothes. Every little bit helps and it's easier on my bills too!

    3. We recycle all the time! We compost our organic waste, like food and biodegradable packaging materials. For our cans, glasses, and plastics, we collect them in paper grocery bags and every time we head to the grocery store, we stop to recycle them at the Pepsi Dream Machine outside the store. We're rewarded with points that we usually redeem for freebies from our fave local restaurants and businesses.

    4. I recycle everything. I have a box at school and we recycle papers, bottles and all crayons. I use my Lilly tumbler for all liquids. After my morning coffee, I drink my water from it. And I never us plastic or paper bags. Only a Lilly bag or cloth.

  32. I am a follower and have been for some time! This give~away is so very sweet. Now I love to recycle, but my favorite way is in my kindergarten classroom. I recycle all paper scraps, cardboard etc. with my kinders. They are so responsible not to put those items in the "normal" trash can!

    3. It was easier to recycle when I was at college but we try to reuse plastic bags and reusable water bottles. We recycle at our local dump, card board and etc. There are tons of great ideas on here that I will have to try.

    2. I want to make this christmas a eco-friendly christmas. My environmental science class went to the recyling plant yesterday and I bought a bunch of these awesome pencil cases that are made from used capri sun juice bags. (http://www.terracycle.net/products/17-Drink-Pouch-Pencil-Case-Medium-) My teen family members and friends will be getting these. All proceeds go to them to make even more products and that will eliminate huge amounts of products that wont be put into trash dumps. 🙂

    3. I like to peel the labels off pasta sauce jars and wash them and use them to hold various things like cotton balls, qtips, etc. It's a cheap and green way to organize a bathroom closet!
