Transitional Pieces + An OOTN

Since we’ll be in the mid-60s again next week, I’m not going to lie, I’m pretty excited about that.  I keep thinking that maybe, just maybe, the weather will stay warm until summer.  Since that’s doubtful, transitional pieces are great ones to have for this time of year.  Not cold enough for a heavy jacket, yet not warm enough that you can’t wear layers at all, it’s nice to have a little extra something like a sweater or pullover to wear.

On last night’s date night, Lanier’s sweater was no exception. Since he already wears classic shirts (usually plaid) anyway, he usually tosses on a jacket and he’s set.

Since we used last night as our early Valentine’s Day date, I gifted him this Peter Millar Pullover and he loved it.

Love any color blue on him, and the fit was perfect.  I honestly loved every color that came out in this pullover.  The grey was a runner-up, and it’s on sale!

More lightweight outerwear I’m loving…

And since we’re talking transitional pieces, he still wears this Peter Millar Quilted Vest often.  See more pics on this previous post.

His Ted Baker Peacoat from this post is also now on sale.

In case you missed yesterday’s post, I just got this fringe purse and have been using it all week.  Well, now it’s on sale!  It also comes in a pretty pale pink color too.

Also, even if you were thinking of snagging this necklace I posted earlier this week, it’s now on sale!
I hope y’all have a wonderful weekend!  We’re actually headed to the Garth Brooks concert tonight with friends.  And on Saturday, we’re taking the kids to SEWE (Southeastern Wildlife Expedition) that’s in town.  Last year, we had a blast at it, and can’t wait to take the kids again!
TGIF!
