My first trip to Nashville was four years ago and since then, I’ve tried to get back at least once a year…sometimes twice if I’m lucky! For this country girl, it’s one of my favorite cities! I couldn’t wait to get back! Last year, at the same time, we were planning on traveling to Nashville to celebrate my best friend’s Natalie’s 40th birthday, but that had to be postponed. So this year, we were super excited to do it again! And this bag was so good! The perfect size for traveling! // Top // Shorts
And I brought along my bestie Lindsey, who’s always traveled with me to Nashville!
Our friend Abby picked us up from the airport and took us straight to Cafe Roze. Y’all, it’s so good! Wish they had one here! Abby always picks the best places to eat while we’re in town!
Thursday was pretty stormy, but we knew that Friday promised beautiful weather. // Raincoat
We stayed at Thompson Nashville and loved it!
Our hotel was located in The Gulch, so after unpacking we walked and shopped around the area. We couldn’t miss visiting Kristin Cavallari’s Uncommon James.
We made it in just in time before a severe hail storm hit. So thankful we got in there! I’ve never seen anything like it!
As soon as it cleared up, we walked over to The Chef & I. Amazing food!
Then we headed back to the hotel. The rooftop bar was a favorite spot! Wearing this jacket and this top, shorts and boots are old.
We ended the night on Broadway.
The next morning, we ran from our hotel to the 12 South Area. One of my favorite spots! Lots of great shopping and one of my favorite restaurants – Bartaco. Y’all know I had to get my daily runs in while I was there.
Craving all of this right about now. So good!

And I left the store with this one! Love that you can cinch in the waist with little ties. I actually saw this one in the window and knew I wanted to try it on! Can’t wait to wear it soon! I also got the matching mask.
