Exfoliating Cleanser // Toning Lotion // Lytera // Phloretin CF // SPF // Eye Cream // Retinol // Lipid Night Cream
I’ve had some of you reach out recently, inquiring about which skincare products I love. I’ve used almost all of these for over a year and have been so happy with the results!
Both day and night, I use this exfoliating cleanser. It has the tiniest little beads to help clean your face, but it’s definitely not too aggressive. You will love the brightness your face looks and it’s not too drying which I love too.
This Toning Lotion is one of the newer products I have started using. I apply it all over my face both morning and night after washing. It essentially gets the face extra primed and ready for the serums and lotions to be applied after, by balancing out the pH level.
Phloretin CF (aka Liquid Gold). I’m obsessed with this product! I have been just so happy with the results. FYI, a little goes a long way! I usually only use three drops each time and that’ll cover my whole face. I use this only in the morning after my toning lotion. It helps to protect my skin from atmospheric skin aging, discoloration and fine lines.
After apply the Phloretin, I use Lytera, a serum for pigment correcting. One pump should be plenty. After my pregnancies and melasma, along with too much sun exposure and not enough SPF, I was left with some serious brown spots all over my face. It’s still pretty inevitable living in such a sunny place near the water, but I use everything I can to correct it. I saw a noticeable lightening of my brown spots within a month of using this product and still use it both day and night.
If you’re looking for the best of the best to decrease the appearance of dark circles, puffiness and crow’s feet, get this eye cream. I sound like a walking ad for all of these products, but I honestly just love them so much! And no, I’m not getting paid to give my opinion on them, nor did I receive any of these products for free. I wish! Back to this eye cream, you only need to use the teeny tiniest amount. I’ve seriously had mine for over a year and still haven’t used it all yet. I apply it both morning and night, under my eyes and on my eye lids.
Probably the most important product in all of the skincare lines I use is my SPF. After all, if you’re using awesome products for your face and not applying SPF, then all of your products are being wasted. And I seriously swear by this stuff! I was having trouble finding one that would blend in and not be too white, too heavy or not enough SPF. But this one checks all of the boxes! It’s a great lightweight formula, has great coverage and blends so well. Just like almost all of these products, a little goes a long way. I wear this every single day and have never broken out.
If you’re looking for something that will renew skin and diminish fine lines, this Retinol Complex is for you. You’ll only need a small pea-size amount and it should cover your whole face. Just make sure you don’t forget to wash it off in the morning. This product makes you super sensitive to the sun, so I only apply it at night. In the beginning, I was only applying it every other night until I built up to applying it every night. I apply mine after I use my cleanser and toning lotion, then I apply Lytera over it. The tightness your face will feel after you’ve started using it is so worth it!
Finally, I leave y’all with this Night Cream. Again, it’s a product I’ve used for over a year and have definitely seen more skin fullness. It’s said to restore skin lipids, whatever that means – ha. But I can definitely tell it’s made my pores smaller and my face more glowing. It’s light enough that you can use it every night too. I apply it to the face and neck after cleanser, toning lotion, retinol, Lytera and eye cream.
I know it may seem like a lot of products to use daily and nightly, but if you really want to see results, it’s totally worth it. And honestly, when you start getting into the routine and seeing your face change for the better, you’ll WANT to do it!
Also, just wanted to add that I’ve tried out many skincare lines from Rodan & Fields to Beauty Counter and everything in between. I’m sure you understand that everyone’s face is different, and these products above have worked the best for my skin. I will say that I do love Beauty Counter’s Charcoal Mask and still try and use it at least once a week. But I think it’s safe to say I’ve loved using all of these products above for my skincare routine for over a year and am so happy. My face is significantly brighter, tighter and many of my dark spots have faded!
Also, if you’re interested in a Brightening System, this set includes three of the products I use everyday.

I hope y’all have an awesome weekend! We’re getting into Christmas gear already, and I’m pretty excited about it! It’s my favorite holiday of the year! Not pulling out decorations just yet, but we have some fun holiday activities planned. I like spreading the festivities out so that I’m not cramming them into a short few weeks before Christmas. After all, there’s already so much chaos going on around the holidays that I like to space it all out as much as I can. I’m not a fan of the Christmas Rush.
TGIF, Y’all!
