My apologies for the lack of posts this past week! We’re in full holiday swing over here, and I’ve been unable to find time to sit down and post. Last Friday night, Lanier and I headed out with friends to Cru Cafe for dinner and then to a Christmas Variety Show at Charleston Music Hall. I wore this dress (runs a little big, go down one size) and how great are Lanier’s festive pants?
Here’s a full-length shot of the dress paired with these heels.
Cru has always been a long time favorite!
While the Creamsicle Cake is still pretty tasty, the woman who used to bake them passed away, and they’ll honesty never be the same.
If you’ve never been to this show, it’s great and will get you in the Christmas spirit! We’ve been the last two years and just love it!
Festive Accessories – Wearing this cute candy ring (it’s adjustable), this bangle and this bracelet. My polish is this glittery red color, perfect for the season!
After seeing the musical, The King & I last week, the girls insisted on watching the movie version. A perfect rainy Saturday activity. I don’t think I realized how similar the two are. And Yule Brynner is as good as always! These blankets are still the coziest!
On Saturday night, I headed over to my friend Natalie’s for her Christmas party. Check out her amazing table of delicious food! Perfect!
My faves are always the treats she gets from Sugar Bake Shop!
Always a fun time with these girls!
The cutest little Rudolph cupcake with a red hot for his nose!
Sweet Frances Moon! We gave her this pillow a few weeks ago for her birthday. If you need a good gift idea for any child this age, we have given this to everyone after Effie received it for a gift on her birthday. They’re THE softest!
Wore this dress, currently on sale! Paired it with these earrings.
I absolutely LOVE church during the Christmas season! Especially when we get to sing Christmas hymns. I’m wearing this dress (now on MAJOR sale!) and these earrings. The dress fits a little big. I sized down one size.
More festive accessories. This ring is an old style, but this one is very similar with the same stone, Labradorite. Always reminds me of a mood ring. Bracelets are by Holst & Lee.
Did a little shopping around at Wonder Works after lunch on Sunday. Trying to see if the kids had any last-minute gift suggestions.
We loved these Plus Plus Toys. They make great stocking stuffers! If ordered today, they’ll arrive before Christmas.
Not even going to lie, this is the BEST gingerbread house we have ever created! I don’t know if it was the icing that was included or what, but it usually never failed before, our house would always fall apart within thirty minutes. This one from Trader Joe’s was a big winner! And no, we didn’t create the people. They pre-made like that! 😉
And another gift idea, if you’re in need of a last-minute idea is The Swurfer. My kids love swinging on it! Found it on sale here!
Rose Gold – Seashell Pink
Silvery Grey – Perfect Sand
Oh yeah, and I almost forgot…I had a few of you asking about my new flats! So I loved the rose-colored ones so much, I decided to get the silvery ones too. It’s hard to tell from pics online what the actual color is, so I thought I’d share some close-ups. The rose-colored gold ones are called Seashell Pink and the silvery grey ones are called Perfect Sand.
These are the color Seashell Pink. Hope that helps! For fit, these flats run true to size and are extremely comfortable straight out of the box! Wearing these jeans, this shirt and this vest.
I’ll be back to share even more of our week tomorrow! Hope y’all are having a great week so far!
Merry! Merry!
