So y’all know I did the Kroma Wellness 5-Day Cleanse this week. I started on Monday morning and it was great! I never felt hungry and there was such a variety of food everyday. I had one glass of wine on Day 3. I ended up caving and having some coffee on Day 5 because I woke up with a small headache probably because of lack of caffeine. And I made it <almost> five days. On Day 5 I ended up going to Leon’s for lunch. But I’d consider that a true win to make it that far. Proud of myself!
