Happy New Year! I’ve often set resolutions in the past, but I’m finding that setting expectations in these busy years tends to be burdensome. Instead, I resolve to knock out my to-do lists and stop putting things off for another day. So I guess this year’s mantra is MOTIVATION. With that being said, I’d love to set more time aside to get back to blogging about what we’re up to. We got so busy this past Fall that I rarely found time to sit down and post about it. I’m hoping I can catch back up little by little when I can. And as always, I’ll continue to try and share my favorite fashion and sales as often as I can.

The kids started back school today and I’m busy storing the rest of the Christmas decorations. Sad to see it go, but also ready to tackle some major cleaning out and organizing and very excited about that! On a random note, we saw Wonka over the holidays and really enjoyed it. Nothing will compare to Gene Wilder’s Wonka, but it’s much better than Johnny’s Depp’s version. The kids really want to see Migration would looks pretty entertaining. Rain is in the forecast for the weekend, so we may try and get out to see it.
I asked y’all for some king size pillow recs the other day, as mine need replacing. I love a good firm one. While I’d love to invest in an expensive one, having a dog that sleeps in the bed with me kind of takes that kind off the table. I ordered this set, thanks to your recs. I’ll report back but thankful they’re super inexpensive.
