Graduation Gift Ideas

It’s Monday, and another school week begins.  Logan and Vaughn have their last day of school on Wednesday.  You have no idea how much I’m trying to get knocked off my to-do list before that time comes.  I will admit, I’m excited to have just the two of them for the next few weeks before the girls will be out of school too.  Logan knows that Vaughn and I have our one-on-one time each week, and always wants to go with us to the aquarium, children’s museum, etc.  I try my best to not let him find out where we’ve gone on those days, but somehow he always knows.  Come Thursday, I’ll be taking him along with us wherever we decide to go!  Can’t wait!

As I mentioned on Saturday’s post, Logan decided to make this weekend his weekend to learn to swim without floaties.  I’m so excited for him and love watching him.  He’s pretty smart about it and knows to swim around in the shallow end, but you better believe I’ll be watching him like a hawk all summer.  He’s pretty confident and jumps in and everything, which don’t get me wrong it’s awesome, but kind of scary too.  No more knowing that the girls are pretty confident swimmers and the boys are in floaties.  But I am truly thankful that he does know how to swim now.

Anything that’s personalized is always an extra special gift.  It shows that you’ve planned your gift ahead and not at the last minute, and put a little more thought into it.  My favorite high school graduation gift I ever received was probably a personalized bath towel.  It was perfect for my dorm, so my towel never got mixed up with anyone else’s.
I added a few things to Saturday’s post throughout the weekend, like my favorite cover-ups.  In case you missed any of it, check out the post in its entirety here.
