This is the first year in awhile that we’re spending Spring Break at home. Not that it’s ever a bad place to be. It’s Charleston, after all. But Key West, Sanibel…Florida in general, has always promised us beautiful weather, so we’ve always traveled there. Since we went big with Disney just last month and the weather in Charleston was predicted to be gorgeous here for Spring Break, we decided to stay. And I’m so glad we did! Yesterday, it was sunny and 75! Can’t get much better than that! My coverup has SPF 50 fabric and is the softest and feels so cool. Not too hot.

I will seriously shed a little tear when mine have grown out of fruit snacks being their incentives.
Wheeler found this little ladybug whom she aptly named Spotty. It stayed on her long enough for them to become friends.
We stayed long enough to watch the Kite Surfers set up and take on the ocean. I’m still in awe of how they do this.
All in all, a pretty amazing beginning to our Spring Break. Love them so.
