I cried happy tears for Wheeler this week at her Mock Trial Competition Awards Ceremony.
She got a few others, but my fave was when she received the Backbone of the Team award. Before announcing who would receive it, her teacher described her as “this person came into mock trial and not only spread positivity, but continuously supported people no matter what it was, they were always reaching out a hand to people and they were even getting help themselves, and always just so kind and positive about literally everything and it’s Wheeler Brown.” Okay, tears.
My heart was beaming. So proud of her!
