Okay so it snowed this past weekend here. It was fun to see but sadly the kids wanted it to stay longer. Enough to miss one day of school, but they wanted more. But with that, I’m still channeling warm weather with these looks.

Big news for Effie! She auditioned for Elle Woods for her theater’s next show, Legally Blonde Jr and got the lead! We are ecstatic! It’s been a favorite of mine for a long time and we’ve seen the musical a few times…even saw it at Dock Street last May. And who can forget Reese Witherspoon playing Elle in the movie? Cannot wait to watch her shine. We’re all so excited for her. She’ll be performing with her incredibly talented troupe at Queen Street Playhouse on May 16th and 17th! Even cooler is that Wheeler has her Mock Trial Regionals this month and she’s the lead attorney and also gets to make the closing statement at her competition. Since the beginning of the school year, she’s had a pic of Reese Witherspoon as Elle Woods in the front cover of her binder. Definitely some manifesting going on there. Excited for the both of them! This photo was taken over the weekend. She was working backstage and doing the lighting for the younger troupe when she found out she got the lead, so I quickly zoomed over there to give her a big hug to congratulate her.
