Took this football collecting Panthers fan to his first NFL game last Sunday. Let’s just say it won’t be his last! Love that he proudly wore his Bryce Young jersey he got two years ago for Christmas.
Couldn’t have asked for a better game. Growing up in Charlotte, I’ve been a diehard Panthers fan since their inception and even lived a half mile from the stadium for a few years before kids and have always gone to more games than I can count, for better or worse.
But with all those games combined, this game was the most special seeing it through his eyes…taking it all in. Icing on the cake was having Jonathan Stewart hype up the crowd pre-game, Greg Olsen pounding, a sold-out crowd, Apache helicopters flying over, four parachuters, the wave going around a few times, the old school fight song, but most of all an epic WIN!! Talk about a core memory. One Vaughn will never forget.
Here’s a recap video I put together of our epic day.

The kids did a great job helping out with the Christmas Eve service. The girls served as ushers.

The boys were the acolyte and the water bearer.

Effie got to ring the bells.

And Wheeler was a greeter.

Like every Christmas Eve, we went out for hibachi as it’s always been our tradition.

They also exchanged their Secret Siblings gifts.

All ready to open their gifts!

Frontgate gifted us this Clue set and they loved it!

And this deluxe Monopoly set too.

Another tradition is going to see a movie on Christmas Day. The kids loved this one!

Such a Merry Christmas!
