Dear Lord,
Please pray for Wheeler, Effie, Logan and Vaughn.
Help them to sleep soundly and stay happy and healthy.
Protect them and guide them and love them, as they walk on the path with you.
Protect this house, and all of us that are in it.
And be with the ones that need you the most.

I have said this prayer to my children ever since Wheeler was a little baby. I made it up as I rocked her one night, and it kind of just stuck.
