Wednesday Whereabouts

This past week has been a whirlwind, but we’ve enjoyed every minute of it.  Cannot believe this school year has come to a close, and that W will be a kindergartner in the fall!
Lilly Pulitzer Insulated Tote Bag // Tory Burch Slouchy Case // Tuckernuck Scout Tote (use code: SSP15, to receive 15% off your first purchase) // L.L. Boat and Tote Bag (all totes are currently 20% off, through next Wednesday, making this small tote only $16, with free shipping). This pink color is currently unavailable, but I also have one in the jadeite color, and love it!
On Friday, we headed down to Georgia to visit the hubs’ family, and attend a memorial for his great aunt.
The weather couldn’t have been better, all weekend long.  On Friday, we enjoyed a low country boil and had the best time catching up with everyone.
Little L wandered everywhere.
My in-laws enjoyed showing off their newest grandchild, little V.
Stylemint Striped Tulip Top, old – but I just got the Vine Tank and LOVE it! (click HERE for your free invitation) // Kate Spade Crystal Corsage Earrings
W has been begging us to have her birthday party at Meme’s (her great-grandmother).  We had to explain to her that her friends wouldn’t be able to make a five-hour trip for her birthday, but that we could celebrate it while we were there (a month early).  She enjoyed every minute of it.
W with my sister-in-law (expecting this fall!).
J.Crew Bow Necklace (old, I’m loving this Kate Spade one, currently 40% off) // J.Crew Camille Dress (spend $150, and receive $30 off with code SHOPNOW) // Tory Burch Patti Wedges (old, but very similar HERE)
After celebrating her birthday, we attended the memorial.  It was a great service, and my husband’s brother-in-law did a wonderful job leading it.
The hubs and his cousin, with their son (he and L are a couple of months apart).
Fun times at Meme’s, the girls with their cousins!  They’ll be back in town this weekend, to visit, and we’re so excited to see them again!
Meme with her great grandchildren.  Little L was ready to go!
Sweet V (six months old) with Meme.
W with Georgia (my in-laws’ German short-hair).
 Meme with W.
Lilly Pulitzer Mini-Clare Dress (old, but similar HERE)
 On the road home.
J.Crew Shorts (old, but I really like THESE) // Kate Spade Bow Ring (old, but I really like THIS)
On Monday night, I went out with some good friends, to catch up and try some yummy wine.
Dean & DeLuca Wine Bar never disappoints.
I went to a late night movie, after having wine with the girls.
Bahs Lurmann did an awesome job with this movie!
This was the girls’ last week of school.  This school year has seriously flown by!

Since W has a summer birthday, we celebrated with her class, on the last day of school, at their end-of-year party.  This girl is going to be spoiled with all of these “fake” birthdays.
After fixing W’s hair like this last week, she has requested it almost every single day.
The last day of school!  E will be in the 3’s class in the fall, and W will be in Kindergarten.
Can you tell I really like these dresses?
They’re by Bella Bliss.  I got them at a boutique here called Fancy Pants.
Online, here’s the only place I could locate them.
E, with her awesome teachers!
We attended E’s end-of-year party first, at a classmate’s home.  Since this was their backyard, you can understand why I have no photos from E’s party.  I was chasing L down, almost the entire time!
W with her wonderful teachers!
 Prepping the candles.
W’s teacher had some extra special things to tell her when we were leaving her party.
Made this Mama very proud.  So glad I was able to capture this moment!
School’s out for the summer!  We’re ready for beach trips and pool time, and some much needed rest and relaxation.  No more prepping lunches and having to wake up V, to drop the girls off at school, and then picking them up again.

  1. Your children look so sweet! Enjoy your summer with W before she heads off to the "big school" as my son calls it!
