Wednesday Whereabouts: Our Thanksgiving

We traveled home to Charlotte over Thanksgiving, along with all of my five sisters and their families.  It was a packed house and a little chaotic, but I wouldn’t want it any other way.  That’s how our holidays have always been and I hope they never change!

With one of my sweet nephews.

All of the sisters, minus one.  We got a great sisters shot, but I can’t share it until my mom sends out her Christmas cards.

Stealing a kiss from another nephew.

Vaughn loving on Big Vaughn.

So many pups.  Boozer came on the trip too, but he runs away as soon as he sees a yard without a fence.  You may remember the yellow pups from last Christmas.  Their mom (in the pic above) had just had them.  The two other yellow labs in the pic are two of her many babies.

The coziest pullover I’ve worn so many nights, but also wear around town with leggings, as well.

Wore this outfit over the weekend: Vest (old, similar here) // Top (still on major sale!) // Jeans // Flats // Sunnies

The sweetest pjs for these brothers…

…they wore them to Waffle House that morning too.  One of their favorite places to eat!

Cuties about to head to a birthday party on Sunday!

You know I love a good message sweatshirt!  I ordered this one as soon as I saw it!

If you’re in town tomorrow night, head over to Indigo Market at 1094 Morrison Drive for some holiday shopping (with cocktails) featuring Hobnob Entertaining, Art by Megan and Sarah Jeffers Art!  Should be a lot of fun!  Runs from 4-8pm!

Oh, and my apologies!  On Monday’s post, I accidentally mislinked the $24.99 cape.  Thanks to many of you for letting me know!  I fixed it today, check it out here.

While unpacking, I found my small chalkboard that I scored during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale a few years ago.  This one is a similar version and only $15.99.  It’s amazing what all you find when you have to pack up everything.  I’ve had some of you ask whether we moved ourselves or hired someone.  We moved everything except the big pieces of furniture, like the beds and tables which we hired someone for.  It’s been so nice to clean out!  And if you haven’t discovered chalk markers yet, I’m obsessed!  Used them to make the board above.  It comes off with water super easy too.

I hope y’all are having a great week so far!  I do apologize for the lack of posts, but I’ll be back to my regular posting soon.  Unpacking everything has been very time consuming, as you can imagine…especially with four kiddos.  But I’m planning on posting the beginning details on the house on Monday, like what interior paint color we chose, some of the furniture we ordered, our backsplash we picked out, etc.  Can’t wait to share it all with you soon!

Happy Wednesday!
