I hope y’all had a great weekend! Before heading to Charlotte, I wore this cute tennis dress to practice last week. Paired it with these tennies. As for how I’ve been getting in my work-outs lately, it’s become only tennis and running. I froze my Orange Theory and barre class for the time being, since I think just running and tennis is enough for now. Don’t get me wrong, I still love both of my work-out classes, it was just impossible to do them all.
There are some tennis courts near me that were recently resurfaced. It was fun getting to bike there and practice with some of my team!
Had to snap a pic of sweet Boozer boy. Some of y’all have asked how he’s been doing. He’s great! While he may look old, don’t let his looks fool you. He still acts like he’s two, yet is turning 11 this year. As always, he’ll still escape our house, the moment he gets the chance. He loves to explore. And he’ll still fetch any ball you throw to him. Still my #1 baby. Wearing this dress, these earrings and these sunnies.
Got to spend time with my good friend Caycee last week. Our daughters have a class together, so we always hang out and catch up while they have class. Wearing this striped top, these cutoffs, these sandals and these earrings. You may remember my similar outfit from this post last week.
My road trip crew! We had the best time visiting family this weekend! Always too short! Can’t wait to share pics with y’all on this week’s Wednesday Whereabouts. I had some of y’all ask what my kiddos do to entertain themselves on trips. As many of you know, we only break out the DVD player and technology (ipads, innotabs, etc.) for long trips, like Key West. For less than three-hour trips, they bring art, books, etc. and listen to music. I’m not going to lie, there are some arguments sometimes and times when they get too loud, but it’s just so nice when they enjoy the scenery and talk to each other. Who remembers the alphabet game? They currently love that one!
