For this week’s cocktail, I was on the hunt for something crisp and refreshing. I’m pretty sure I found it with this breezy concoction. Can’t wait to try this one soon!
Apricot and Cherry Breezer

8 oz limeade
4-5 apricots, halved and pitted
2-3 cherries, pitted
3 oz light rum (increase for a stronger drink)
2 oz triple sec
Place apricots and cherries in a shaker and muddle.
Add limeade, rum and triple sec into shaker.
Shake well, and strain into ice filled glasses.
Garnish with slices of lime and apricot and cherry on top.

I’m flying out today for a fun girl’s weekend in Dallas for a blog conference. This is my third year in a row. I’m going to miss Lanier and the kids like crazy by the end of it, I’m sure. I get back on Sunday around 1pm. But for now I’m super excited to have some time to catch up with friends, enjoy some pool time and eat some delicious food! Can’t wait!
My Travel OOTD

As for what I’m packing, it’s always fun to pack for a girls’ trip. I’m clearly obsessed with crossbodies, ALMOST as much as I am with sunglasses. Deciding on which ones I’m going to bring with me has been a bit challenging. In the end, I know I’ll probably bring these Le Specs and these tortoise ones along, and maybe these green ones too. A girl has to have options, right?

As far as what tote I’ll be bringing along, I’m bringing my go-to Barrington Monogram Stripe St. Anne. Got this last summer and was so excited to pull it out again for this season! There’s a million different ways to personalize your tote. I chose the navy stripes, pink/orange strip and the circle monogram.
And because I couldn’t resist this little coin purse by Kate Spade, I thought this would be a cute pouch to store all of my receipts in over the weekend.
Yesterday, I got this new wrap bracelet I ordered in the mail. I’m planning on wearing it now and on through summer. It’s not stiff at all and has four buttons on the back so you can adjust it to your wrist really well. I’m taking it with me on my trip this weekend and will probably wear it everyday! A friend told me that Stella & Dot launches their summer collection today. Can’t wait to see what all they debut. Apparently, it’s supposed to be awesome!
