For sizing reference, I’m between a 4/6 and wear a 6 in these.  I don’t like them too fitted and a little lower on my hips.  The shorts appear very short on the model online, but she’s 5’11” and these actually have a 4″ inseam.  I’m 5’6″.  Saks also always offers free shipping too.  I actually just ordered this pair as well.  Can’t turn down a good Lilly sale.
