As I mentioned last week, we headed to Pawley’s Island with friends last week and had the best time! I had the hardest time getting the kids out of the water everyday when we had to leave. Can you tell they loved it?
Sweet sibling love.
Logan can’t quite spell his whole name, but he can clearly spell the first two letters. He was so proud! // His crewcuts octopus swim trunks are now only $21 with code: SHOPFAST.
Drip castles and summer sun!
Couldn’t head to the beach without one of my tassel cover-ups.
Couldn’t live without our hooded beach towels and my striped beach towel! They both make great gifts too. My mom always gives the personalized hooded beach towels as baby gifts and I gave my sister the striped one for her birthday.
Getting some lovin’ from my sweet boy who will be 5 in just two months! // Sailboat Tee (on sale) // Bikini Top
Enjoying a cool summer breeze.
My embroidered top that I wore on the 4th is now 40% off. It also comes in a pretty black color too, also on sale. Available on sale here and here. For complete outfit details, head back to this post. Some of you asked about the girls’ dresses from the 4th. I know Effie’s is vintage and Wheeler’s doesn’t have a tag. I’ve had it a few years and can’t even remember where I purchased it. My apologies!
Like I’ve said a million times, the Lilly Pulitzer Essie Dress style is my go-to dress of the summer. Wish she’d make it in hot pink! I’d snag it up in a heartbeat! Paired here with a new necklace that will debut this Fall (very similar here, mine just has tassels, only $35) // Sunnies (old, similar here)
I’ve had a few of you ask about the color of my Miller Sandals, and whether they’re clay or make-up. I put these two together to show the difference. My Millers are clay pink and my Bima Wedges are make-up. Hope that helps!
With most days still in the 90s, we’re hitting up the pool as often as we can!
Selfie with the kids! Wearing my new fun pink sunnies (They’re only $38 but use code: SSP15 and take 15% off your order at ShopBURU.)
The latest accomplishment is that Vaughn has learned to swim without floaties too. Imagine me at the pool now. With none of them in floaties, I can’t even take one eye off them. Notice Effie being the swim instructor here.
The kids are absolutely loving camp this week!
If you want a yummy brunch in town, head to The Park Cafe. Their avocado toast is seriously the best in town!
A few OOTDs from this week…
Equipment Top (wore this to an outdoor party on Sunday, perfect in this heat; now 50% off) // White Shorts // Ring // Sandals // Hot Pink Polish (Headliner)
Matching my new Essie Berried Treasures Polish with my new J.Crew Cover-Up // Sunnies // Scalloped Swim Top // Pineapple Flip Flops
Beaded Watermelon Tank // Cutoffs (have been living in these this summer!) // Sandals (true to size) // Sunnies (tortoise with gold lens, only $59!) // Wrap Bracelet
I know this is totally random, but if you know any children or have children of your own that are loving The Secret Life of Pets, Zulily has an entire section right now, full of Pets pjs and accessories. I just ordered this fun underwear for the girls and I remember loving stationery as a kid, just as I love paper products now, so I got this set and this one too for the girls.

I hope y’all are having a great week so far! Another scorcher here today! I’m not even going to say I’d hope it would rain, for fear that we’d get rain for days and days on end. I’ll take hot, sunny days over rain any day of the week! I’ve also picked up running again, yes, even when it’s 95+ degrees out, but so worth it! I’ve been back at it pretty consistently for over two weeks now and it feels so great to get back! Hoping to share a ‘running stats’ post with you early next week.
