Well, where do I begin? I’m so sorry for the lack of blog posts the past week or so. I’d planned on catching up on them while I was traveling, but the internet was just too slow. A few weeks ago, I gave two units of blood. Highly recommend it if you’re able. There’s a critical need right now.
All cozied up on a wintry day…and Effie decided to wear sandals. Haha.
I can’t even remember what we were intently watching, but I just love this scene.
After tennis one day, we had an unusually warm day and we took full advantage…on Shem Creek.
Loving the color of this tennis dress.
Head over here to shop these cute hair ties the girls have been wearing.
Like everyone I feel like in Charleston, we all got hit with the flu. Well, Lanier has managed to steer clear of it. But myself and the kids were all down for the count a few weeks ago. It was good that I got it first, so I could tend to the kids when they got it. Honestly, the hardest part was the recovery time. The exhaustion afterward was so hard. I was winded even going up a flight of stairs.
Wheeler’s cell project. She was so proud!
Lunch date with my sweet Effie girl.
I know I rave about it all the time, but Chubby Fish is one of my fave new restaurants in Charleston. If you get a chance, go. You honestly can order anything on the menu and you will love it!
We clearly had our fill and savored every single bite!
We always love when good friends come in town for a visit! Happy Birthday, Jason!
