Last week, I enjoyed the most delicious dinner at Hotel Bennett!
We started off with a little palate cleanser.
We then sipped on these Bennett Galaxy cocktails. Made with Casamigos Reposado tequila, lime juice, cranberry juice and luxardo, topped with a foamy egg white head sprinkled in edible pink glitter.
Next, we tried another taste of this delicious saffron poached pear salad. The lavender goat cheese was amazing!
I couldn’t wait to try this Truffled Cauliflower Soup. It did not disappoint! So good!
I know it was so much food, but I was so eager to try out so many different dishes. This was the Lamb Sugo appetizer with potato gnocchi, shaved pecorino and mint.
Loved this wine!
Paired so well with my filet mignon!
Seared Diver Scallops with herbed farro, sunchode puree and caramelized butternut squash!
If brussel sprouts are on a menu, I will definitely order it. So good!
We really didn’t think we’d have any room for dessert, but you better believe when they brought this out, we ate every single bite! Definitely try the Profiterole Choux and the Pineapple Charlotte! Both were so good I’d venture out to Gabrielle again just for wine and the dessert!
