Color Blast Fun Run + An Easy Fall Look

Pre Color Blast!

The kids had their Color Blast Fun Run on Friday!  We were so thankful that the expected rain held off!

They always look forward to this run so much!

I had some of you ask about details.  Basically, it’s a fundraiser for our school and runs two weeks.  I know there are runs where people can donate for every lap run, but this one is simple.  Just run and get blasted with color.  The students try and raise money for the school and with each goal met, they get special dress-up days.  That’s why you saw mine wearing pajamas, wacky clothes, etc. last week.

The school raised almost $80,000, so I think it’s safe to say it was a success!

I received this mud mask in a Nordstrom Beauty sample set the other week.  Tried it out yesterday and absolutely LOVE it!  Not too heavy and not too drying.

This has always been one of my favorite looks for Fall.  A button-down paired with a quilted vest.  Wore this look on Saturday!

Vest // Top // Jeans // Flats (almost sold out everywhere, but I did find them here and here; for fit, they’re true to size.  I’m also eyeing these!  They’re a little different, but would be a fun neutral.)

I hope y’all had a great weekend!  I’m lucky enough to be part of the Charleston Wine & Food Festival Street Team again, happening in the Spring.  We had the best time on Friday shooting photos for it!  I’ll share a little preview of it later this week!

Here’s hoping the time change didn’t mess you up too much!  I was thankful to get an extra of sleep last night.  After a late night of bowling on Saturday night, Sunday’s day of rest was definitely needed.
